Is the broker regulated? If so, which country is it regulated in?
Not all countries regulate the same way, nor do they have the same regulatory environment when it comes to financial registration.
Therefore, it is important for any investor/trader to identify countries where Foreign Exchange firms are under serious vigilance, i.e., they have a regulatory agency monitoring their activities. It is also important to know if the Broker is regulated in an on or off-shore country, as, the latter is more flexible when it comes to requirements for registration.
